I'm 29 weeks and still able to sleep on my stomach comfortably but is this harmful to my baby should I sleep a different way?

if your having pains then you need to sleep on ur side your not really suppose to be sleeping on ur tummy or ur back
I'm on my side but mostly on my tummy when I sleep just on my side i start to get like sharp pains
When you say sleep on your tummy do you mean you are face down or you are on your side, but mostly on the tummy?
