it never worked for me but I'd say try having sex and see if that works better

With my first I did it and it worked but u have to be consistent and it takes time...better than being induced so I think it's worth it and yes try to express milk... Make sure u squeeze your whole areola and not just your nipple and you have to do both at the same time for at least an hour take a 15min break then start again...it seems like a lot but it works...it's worth it ...good luck momma !!!

I can only say what worked for me I just know one nipple at a time won't be enough to cause your uterus to contract ...well it wasn't enough for mine but I wish u luck momma !!!

@royce_nikol, I know, I'm a little nervous about the whole induction thing. I've had a really good bond with baby girl throughout my entire pregnancy, she moves when I ask her to, and stops when I need to sleep - talking to her and having her respond in any way she can makes me feel so amazing. I'm so excited for this journey!! 😍

@maddieg4648, really?! I didn't even think to actually pump! But now that I am thinking about it, I remember everyone telling me NOT to pump my colostrum that was leaking when I was 28 weeks along because it would send me into labor!!! You're a genius!!! And an angel!! 😍😇😍😇😍😇😍😇😍😇

Well I tried pumping twice now, the first time didn't work out the greatest (I'm just assuming that's because it was the first time I've ever tried and was inexperienced 😂) but the second time I did, I actually got a decent amount of colostrum out in about 15 minutes! I had an uncomfortable night of attempted sleep (little crampy), but I'm gonna try and pump again this morning and see if I can get things going by the end of the day!!! 😝😝😍😍 @maddieg4648

I did it a lot actually! But I did it with my hands mostly! And I would feel contractions like crazy! Finally it just worked!

And I mean I would do it for about an hour!
