It is very pretty but yes it looks gray and if you don't like it then definitely tell them to fix it because like you said you payed $100 for it

@blessedw7, congrats on the bag! It's looks great, and I agree with you ladies. If the bow was solid black it would look better. This way isn't hideous either though. If she's gonna change the bow black, will you have her change the shoulder strap too? If she doesn't have black she can even do black and white polka dot like the bottom of the purse...
