I can't sneeze, cough, or vomit, without peeing myself lmao. And right now I do about all 3 everyday

when i vomit i usually sit on the toilet like im going to the bathroom and put a trashcan inbetween my legs and just let go.. if you feel the urge to vomit get to toilet pronto.
