I am going to be 28 weeks tomorrow and keep getting contractions every 15-20 minutes they only last seconds is that normal

Probably braxton hicks but you should call your dr to verify.

Yesterday I was in a lot of pain and very uncomfortable today didn't get them that often but I feel very uncomfortable

yes and no... they shouldn't come that often that early. u can get then with no pain. *Braxton hicks
but I only got one or two every now and then ..never where I could time it
