Does anyone else take iron? anyone get an upset tummy from it?

I'm taking the SlowFE release ones from Walmart in a pink box. I take them at night with orange juice or water if I don't have it. I haven't experienced any side effects at all, not even constipation. It's supposed to be light on your stomach. I would definitely recommend that kind

It kind of makes me want to throw up if i don't eat right with it. I think it's because I take a double dose though

It makes me constipated 😳 I had to be prescribed OB Complete Prenatal since it has a different type of iron in it
