What do you do if your baby's daddy has a drinking problem? we're still together but if I ever left him I'm afraid of him being alone with her due to this problem. I don't want to leave him I want to try to help him but if he doesn't accept the help then that leaves me no choice...any advice?

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. I understand, the only reason we are still together is I had to come to the realization that he will never quit drinking so we needed to figure out how he can do it responsibility. This isn't the best way and it takes a lot of patience and effort. I've gotten it down to only weekends, 12-16 beers max (depending on the situation) and he has to take a weekend off a month from drinking. I just tell him how much I love him and I don't like seeing something have so much power over him because I know what a wonderful person he is without alcohol.
