burp cloth/receiving blanket (depends on what you want to use for spit up) maybe some diaper rash cream (i use A&D ointment) extra pacifier or two if you decide to use them. our hospital provided diapers and wipes so maybe check with yours to see if they do so you don't run out of room.

Tylenol, gas drops, and I always keep suppositories cause my baby had trouble pooping. And during cold season saline drops for a stuffy nose. Nothing worse than being out and having a sick baby.
