At least he tells you and doesn't keep that from you, it shows that he doesn't have anything to hide and he trusts you not to get mad at him.

He shouldn't just tell you that girls flirt with him all the time... And he certainly shouldn't accept her friend request on Facebook... My BF works nights and deals with customers constantly and works with a girl that's 2 years younger than him and another one of around the same age... He tells me how he can't stand them lol and if someone even tried to flirt he's very vocal about me and our upcoming baby... Not saying it's all of his fault necessarily but there's a lot of home wreckers out there but there's also a lot of guys who actually try to make women jealous as well...
