I'm getting real fed up with this insurance bullshit! first they cut me off because THEY fucked up.. so I had to appeal it. and while getting appealed I had an ultrasound and nope they want me to pay for it because it wasn't "medically necessary" wtf! obviously if it was ordered it was necessary. so now I have to file another appeal.
