So my my boyfriends family are all outside shooting at targets. Can I join them? I wouldn't actually shoot, just watch. But I'm worried about the sound level. Can it damage the baby's ears before he's even born?

Im not a 100% sure, but I have read that it could cause damage to babies ears.😔

I wouldn't, when the TV gets even a little extra loud I feel baby jump inside me, in the middle of the day when he/she doesn't usually move around. I think the sudden loudness of the TV scares him/her so I try to avoid really loud noises

I actually just asked my doctor about this because my family always has a few target practice days at the end of September and I will be 35 weeks on the date they are doing it and he said as long as I am not shooting or standing directly next to the person baby would be fine you can always call and ask you're doctor or nurse

@countrycupcake111215, Great! I love advice straight from the doc! Unfortunately they are finished for the day, however, we are here for the week! So it will be nice to at least be outside with them the next few days. I'll probably stand further away just to be extra careful.

I know lol! And yea that's what I do. It's nice to be included even when you can't participate. I always just set up my chair and water a little ways away and just enjoy watching and listening to everyone joke around
