don't stress it...like I said it's more common than ya think. it's just not the most glamerous...try getting witch hazel wipes...help prevent. and talk to you doctor might be able to help @mommiesworld

@mommiesworld if it does happen witch hazel wipes after you go, and cream helps alot...but must be careful with the cream...outsidw only not inside..sry if this is TMI but I rather tlyou be prepared than freaking out like myself...

I got them...just drink lots of water, don't strain while going #2, and if it happens it happens I learned it's more common than you think...

I would make a healthy shake like banana, strawberries milk and add spinach

Eat allot of fiber

Miralax

a stool softener will help

No matter how Much water I drink I'm always constipated :/

Use suppositories and cream! It'll help!
