I got this early on and have been getting it again recently, comes with awful heart palpations... I think it's something to do with the heightened volume of blood in our bodies, but always best to get everything checked to be sure your okay, my midwife checked everything in my bloods when I told her but all came back normal for me :) so don't worry yourself xx
