What are some ways to encourage baby to move? I know laying down and some cold water.. Anything…

My doctor told me to eat a chocolate bar before my anomaly scan so baby can be active. So maybe some chocolate😬

Eating something sugary helps! Or a little caffeine. Also, I've noticed that if I keep something like my phone or remote (hard object of some sort) on my belly, she'll try to move it! But I'm also 40 weeks along, and she has very little room to move around in there anymore, so I'm sure it's more of an annoyance to her!! 😂😂😂

Good ideas! Why does your doctor want your baby to move more?

I started to feel her move around 18 weeks and last week she was super active with big movements and lately she has been quiet and I've been worried. I went to the hospital and then my ob the other day and my dr said to try certain things to encourage her to move more and to call him if nothing has changed @ananasbaby

Ah ok thank you I understand! I don't feel my baby move that often but atleast every day I do. So I am not worried but can understand if it was different before you wanna make sure! Good luck!
