Who else has the problem of not drinking as much water as they're supposed too?.. I really do try but yeah I know I drink no where near the amount per day that I should!
I substitute it with soda water and lemon...but then I get really burpy. Can't win lol
When I was still prego I struggled too, so hard to drink so much water and then have to pee all the time on top of that.
I will go days with minimal water. And let myself get so dehydrated then I'll spend an entire day drinking gallons of water! 😁
I had to go to the ER like 4 times during the first trimester due to super dehydration since everything would make me puke even water. They said next I would have had kidney problems.
Me I have tried everything adding fruit, crystal light everything
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
drinks!!!!
Honestly......

My fridge picture... needless to say my husband drinks a lot of soda and I drink a lot of tea ?
So I really have not been drinking water...I've been drinking lots of juice, lemonade, but not necessarily water. I just can't stand the taste of water and I'm picky about water I drink. I know I need to drink it though.
Any other mamas not drink water through there pregnancy or don't do well drinking water?
Will not drinking water affect my baby alot?
So my hubby has his friends over and they are drinking coronitas and I just really want to drink one lol but idk if it's not safe or if it's okay if I just drink one . Help !
So my doctor gave me some tips, drink water with electrolytes, add Celtic salt to water , drink tea with very little or no sugar, eat soup with more water than veggies and meat. It's the salt that clings on to your body and keep you hydrated. It's seasoning salt and table salt is what can dehydrate you.
