I think as a society we should stop using negative racial, gender, ect terms...but that's in a perfect world that we don't live in lol. Didn't see the post but personal I probably wouldn't have been offended because as you said some people use it and don't think it's offensive or mean to be offensive but not everyone can look at from that perspective

yes , I understand completely , we need everything banned that may cause one problem . I have no problem with it .. ban everything needed so that this doesn't turn into fb because it was getting dramafied once .. I respect it being banned 100%

@doublezmommy, then it falls into a gray area or judgment call each time. It wouldn't be fair and be hard to enforce as a rule. We want to be as fair as possible.

everyone has their own way of communicating , & I think it should be based on the way it's being used .
