been breast feeding for a week and I can honestly say I'm finding it uncomfortable. she's got a really strong suck, I've told all my midwifes and I am feeding her right. my nipples are constantly sore/red, she just love the boob waay to much. she feeds every two hours ( sometimes less) for an hour most. my boobs leak alllll the time, 4 bras and they all in the wash now. I'm constantly damp or tripping. getting my breast pump tomorrow! I'm happy and glad I've tried. :-) x

My baby girl does not let me do anything all day 😭 I'm lucky if everything is done before my s.o gets home , she cried so I pick her up to feed her and change her diaper and once she's on my breast she eats and I burp her put her down and she'll cry I get her again and she's on my breast not even latched on just smelling my boobs 😭 I'm like girl really lmao she wants me to carry her or be with her all day , girl I wish I could lmao

opinions about breast feeding while pregnant. the receptionist at my OB told me while making my appointment to start getting her off of the boob, because breast feeding causes your uterus to contract and can cause a miscarriage or preterm labor. any ladies breast feed your LO while pregnant and should I believe the receptionist?? my baby just turned 3 months on the 23rd .I give her breast and formula sometimes. any advice is appreciated👍

it does take a while for your nipples to toughen up but it's worth it. I'd always advocate trying to stick with it or at least maintain your supply as one you stop you can't necessarily get your milk back again but also... you have to do what's right for you. you gave her the liquid gold which is so so good for her. If bf is making you really unhappy... then it's not worth it. x
