Is it bad to be really hungry but to tiered to eat so you go to sleep and wake up even more hungry. That can't hurt the baby can it?

Oh my!! I was literally thinking this at 5am when I woke up from hungry 😩😩I said sorry baby but mommy isn't getting up at 5am to eat... Lol I felt bad tho. I did read something that said listen to your body & when you are hungry, eat. But I don't think we're harming the baby.
