what is considered full term? I keep hearing 37 weeks and 38 weeks.

I was told 37 was full term

37 they won't try and stop contractions but if possible will let you go to atleast 40weeks

my doctor told me at my 35 week appointment that from that point forward if I went into labor they wouldn't try and stop it but they would like for me to be at least 37 weeks. but they won't induce until 38 weeks unless something is wrong. I'm just confused u.u

it was 37 weeks but in 2013 they changed it to 39-40 weeks

My doc told me 37weeks

My doctor says you are term at 37 weeks.... But not full term until 39
