My 3 week old (breastfed) has been so constipated and gassy, I started cutting dairy out of my diet and am going to see how it helps... has anyone had this problem or had to change their diet? What did you do and did it work??

is it actual constipation? breastfed babies can go up to 10 days without a bm because they absorb the nutrients so quickly. gas can also come from carbonation so keep an eye on that as well. have you tried gas drops or gripe water?
Has anyone tried evening primrose oil to start soften they cervix ? My sister did it and she had her baby this morning at 39 weeks

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. He gets so uncomfortable and seems to be trying to have a bm but cant, so that's what I assumed it was. I have been using gas drops 2 times a day when it gets bad, but not today or yesterday bc my mom suggested it could be a culprit? I'm not sure what exactly is wrong!
