after lunch w my hunny i got a horrible headache, i came home to lie down took some tylenol but i feel a migraine coming and i have no idea how to avoid it, tv is off, cool towel on my head, ac is on. idk wat else to do i hate headaches, ive never had so many. i close my eyes i feel like it hurts worse. i get up to do something and im not feeling it i am ready to jump out my body.
