I do not start a fight over it, simply because it's not worth it... But does anyone think it's silly or reasonable that I get upset when my SO says 'he's technically not a daddy yet, because the baby isn't actually here'. Blaaaaah, I always tell him he still is, he created the baby with me therefore he's a dad.. I feel like him saying that, is basically saying 'I'm not a mom, because the baby isn't born yet'.

I completely understand where your coming from my ex says how can i be a dad if my baby isnt here im like you think doctors appts , gas to get there, food , medcine , prenatal test etc is free you can help out thats doing your part as the dad like wth

Ughh i know what you mean my boyfriend says he's a DAD even though our daughter is not here but his grandma and dad say he isnt a dad and im not a mom because she's not here yet and it pisses me of * mind that they don't like me and think the baby is not his * but i have put my body through this pain for my child i am a mom and my boyfriend has already made sacrifices for his daughter we are MOM and DAD already ughh!
