I was the same way. Now with this pregnancy I'm actually losing hair instead of growing nice beautiful long hair. This baby girl sure is taking everything from me. I can't wait till I'm done and can take all my healthy vitamins and superfoods again. @peekaahbooo

Biotin and regular organic multivitamins. It's normal to lose a lot of hair after having a baby
