What will help dry up my milk supply quicker? Or any advice??

I'm sure people will help but I would call lactation too. 😄

I kno sudafed helps and i called my dr she told me a few things bt i kinda want to see any other suggestions tht you moms have been doing/trying

When I was done nursing, I would take a big t-shirt and tie it tight around my boobs and after a day or two, they quit leaking/filling up.

Yeah, as tight as you can. I think I used those white a-line (wife beater) shirts mostly. They were long enough to be tied around.

@annlou i agree @emiliasmommy1 i just wore my bra all day/night stop nursing and pumping until the milk dried up it dried up in about 4-6 days and it didn't hurt either

@annlou when i was engorged it was just like knots on my my breasts and it was alot of pressure but it didnt hurt. but i did get sharp pains during the times i was breast feeding it would come sporadically my nipples were also sensitive to touch so that was uncomfortable

Cabbage leaves on your boobs that will help get rid of your milk or standing underneath hot water with your back towards the shower let the water hit your shoulders should help get rid of the milk as well

@raaganmommy2015, really i tought hot stimulates it more?

Lol when I use hot water I leak like crazy but im still nursing lol
