anyone had an appointment to be induced and had to wait long to be seen to start induction?

You mean they did eventually induce her? Yes. Though hers was medical at 37 weeks. But it was her doctor who was so late.

At my hospital they give you the gel in triage and send you home for a bit. It sucks that you're going home without it because it can take sooo long!

Yes I actually got sent home with my daughter because they were to busy.

I ended up going home and coming back 6 hours in actual labor. But I'm guessing if that wouldn't have happened they would have had me come back the next day.

I sat with my sister on her induction day for like 12 hours!! They told her to come in at 10 am she did she didn't gpt prepped for induction at 2pm and didn't go in to have her c section until like 10 that night. We were finally able to see her and the baby at like midnight.
