Ugh can't tell if these are the real deal contractions or just more prodromal contractions. C'mon, baby, make up your mind!

I experienced "real contractions" with my last pregnancy. I was going to be induced in the morning but woke up around midnight with gut wrenching nauseating waves of pain.... I knew... They came in to check@me and started making phone calls!! Baby came in about 3 hours. Of course the anesthesiologist didn't make it 😡 lol. Anyway that cleared up the confusion for me since I was induced with my first and noticed the contractions starting to come but expected them... This was not expected and I knew!!! Regardless if they are consistent and don't go away with a big glass of water then call your dr. Good luck!!!!' :)

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
