Is it normal to have a lot of pressure down there at 30 weeks? I all of the sudden got a pain in my lower back and felt her really low, along with pressure. I haven't felt that yet. It's new for me!

I felt pressure at 20 weeks. elavate your butt as high as u can when laying on your back for awhile. see if that helps

it happened to me too and I was told that it's just the baby moving into place.

It's normal to have pressure down there because baby is getting bigger and putting pressure on everything especially if the baby is head down..I'm 33 weeks and I've been feeling a lot of pressure! If it gets to be too much though def go get checked because the other day I was having contractions along with pressure down there and turns out I was in preterm labor & they had to stop it @momma_beffers
