i know it hard with an autoimmune disease, then add a pregnancy...i did so much today, im paying for it now but i wont give in, i will rest and thank God for reminding me everytime i feel my baby moving and remember when he told me that it wouldnt be easy but it will be worth it.

just read your profile and wanted to say congrats on this new chapter in life. My oldest brother and I are 22 years apart, and I loved being from a nontraditional family. I'm also a clinical researcher and have done many trials related to lupus and FM. You must be one tough preggie!

thank you, i hope i can be even stronger. @levleah. im the baby of 8 and i came 16 years after the youngest sibling lol. my oldest sister is 65 lol im 36.

I have a neuromuscular autoimmune disease but am doing surprisingly well without suppressant mess except for fatigue which I just take naps. thankful for that. it's good to hear from other people. Are you taking suppressant meds?

@ftm38yrdue032616, surprisingly no i am not, i also nap alot for fatifue and also to ignore the pain. i walk when i get anxiety and it helps to get out and just walk then a nap lol.

@babysampayo, I've been trying to exercise as well but have backed off this week. My first appointment is today and this is my first child so I'll get back in gear after I get the OK today. Anxiously waiting in waiting room until then!
