I was at a vitamin store yesterday and saw that there's a powder mix for prenatals you can use instead

I've recently switched to gummies.. I'm lucky I don't eat the entire container lol their so much easier than pills

They have the women's one day in prenatal vitamins

no you need the prenatal for the dha and omegas but you can take it at night instead of in the morning or you could take it every other day per my nurses suggestion 😊
