So I'm on maternity leave. FMLA gives us 12 weeks. I want to take it all. It's been 10 weeks, I'm requesting an extension from doc to give me my whole 12 weeks (which is 2 more weeks). Meanwhile, my supervisor seems upset by my actions. I do not want to leave my baby girl. Please tell me mothers, this is justifiable 😁, right?

I know... Right. Yes, I asked for "dependent care time" but combined time is 12 weeks. @reaganmommy2015 😓

Did you ask for the baby bonding as well plus your supervisor is just freaking out if they have been ok for this long what is a few more weeks right
