yes you can take tylenol pm i cant sleep at night anymore so mu ob told me to take them so i can sleep and i have for the past 2wks and it doesn't affect baby at all

whole food store. you can either buy it in the loose leaf form or in tea bags. you can find the tea bags easier but it's cheaper if you buy the loose leaves and brew it in batches if you have a coffee maker

Tylenol pm has the same ingredients as Tylenol and Benadryl so it's safe to take

im not sure but you can take unisom 25mg its safe while pregnant. I was using it but hubby wont get me anymore 😢 lol
