Anybody else every strained a muscle in your low abdomen while pregnant?? I'm sick ... Got a real nasty cough and my lower stomach right by my pelvic bone hurts so bad. Baby is moving like crazy so all is good there. Just very uncomfortable & nothing helps.

try getting on your hands and knees and arching your back (pushing your butt in the air and your head up) and then arch your back the opposite way up and tuck your head under. its some yoga pose I cant remember but it helps stretch everything out and loosen it all up. Also get a stability ball they alleviate a lot of pressure and you can stretch on it, sit on it, and bounce on it to help baby drop at the end lol. Doing Pilates or yoga helps too
