Honestly it's usually the same ingredients.. The ones over the counter work just as well. Just make sure to check the folic acid levels. The more the better.

I use the over the counter ones, my doctor never seemed concerned

I told mine I was taking over the counter and she said as long as I take iron if it doesn't have it ( which most don't ) then that's fine !

I was told it'd be cheaper to buy it over the counter and the pharmaceutical said they didn't have it in the pharmace but this was the same thing as what my dr made prescription for it was only $11.95 compared to what id pay the pharmace it was way way cheaper and pretty much the same thing

My doctor didn't prescribe me any. She said they are all basically the same. However, she did say make sure it has DHA. I take the Nature Made ones.

ohh and 800mcg folic acid

mine doesnt have dha though just high in iron, i have chronic anemia and have iron infusions but havent since pregnancy @jjbutton @february2016

you should get the one I'm taken it has 200mg of dha

damn yours has more in it though mine only has 70 a 2 month supply

i seen that. mine is 3 months which ill admit im sure ive missed like a a weeks worth over the past month. i take it at night and sometimes i dont remember till im all comfortable but now i finally got a routine to remember to take it. @february2016

lol ya I just got mine lol. I haven't taken any until now. .

but I though I wasn't that far til I went to the first dr appointment on the 18th this month I found out I was 15weeks lol
