They aren't itchy or causing her pain, so that's good...

It's called "strawberry tongue", and it's a sign of strep throat or that her body is fighting off a virus. She's gonna be ok, but I wanted to let you ladies know just in case any of your kids ever get it in the future!

@uhmandaxconrad92, no way. She's taken a billion and one morning selfies on my phone with her tongue out, I would of seen it before. She's 4 and a half, and is happily playing with balloons on the floor. I'm freaking out, her moms on the phone with her doctor, and she's all " balloons!!!"

She should see her pediatrician just to check...has it always looked like that...?? My friend growing up had a birth mark on hers that looked a little different than that....but kinda different? Hope everything goes okay girl.
My tongue looks like that when I burned it on hot food/ drink. Is she sure it doesn't hurt? Itch?
I would take her to urgent care.
Does she have any allergies?
