I am in the same boat, but will be studying for the Praxis. It would relieve a lot of pressure off of my husband if there were something I could do from home when I have to leave my job, permanently. The thing that really sucks is I LOVE MY JOB. 😓 It just doesn't pay me enough to have two children in daycare and four to feed. I am nervous about staying home.

We just came to this conclusion and I am so scared to tell my employer.

@eternalsunshine4, I want to stay home with my daughter. 100%. Mainly because I don't trust childcare systems anymore. And if someone hurt or neglected my baby....that'd be it for them. Plus I don't want to miss her growing up because I'm stuck at work. No offense to mothers who chose daycare. I just personally want to be the main person my child is with on a day to day basis. If I needed to get a full time job I would. But we honestly could just use a few hundred dollars extra. And if I worked part time and put her in daycare we'd pretty much still be in the same place.

@amitynoellemommy, Same here! I'd rather stay home with her than work just to pay for daycare. Plus I just don't trust childcare anymore. Too many bad people in it for the wrong reasons.
