crazy bad heartburn! ooowww!

only what works for me its glass of water with half of tea spoon of soda bicarbonate x works straight away x

@oweatherby, I feel really strange. Sick and tummy achy. my back really hurts too. doesn't help the baby is lay in a funny position making me feel tight x

try to lay on both sides for 10 min each... sometimes it helps and baby change position xx @samantha-katie
