If it's been heated then you need to dump it. Not supposed to reheat breastmilk! ☺️

@edomke, I know the feeling. It's so hard to dump out when we work so hard to produce and pump! I can't even pump for my daughter! Have to give it to her straight from the tap!

Ya I am lucky where I do both but I honestly work really hard at it. And how long can it sir after its warmed up?? @tonyajo92

I honestly don't think it's supposed to be allowed to sit for long but the best tell is the sniff/taste test. Smell it and if it smells ok and not sour it should be fine. Or taste it and if it tastes ok and not sour or metallic you should be ok.
