Like I said lay on your left side for 30 mins to an hour and count the kicks. That's what L&D would tell you to do if you called them right now. It's really the only way to know if you should be concerned. But honestly if she's moving even once I'm sure she's fine. She's probably sleeping. Sometimes I don't feel my baby move all day then at night she won't stop. I know it's easy to worry as a FTM but try and not freak out, just lay on your side and count kicks :)

She's not moving unless I poke her or something but she only moves once.. @queendavis and I just drank two big glasses of juice..

Sometimes mine will go a half hour with no movement... Then boom!! He will not stop kicking for like an hour straight lol I think it's just resting times

Are you far enough to be able to feel his heartbeat?

Do kick counts. Drink something cold and sugary like juice or a soda (a big glass), then lay on your left side for 30 mins to an hour, and count the kicks. If you feel more than 3 then you're good! If not then call L&D and see if they want you to come in and get checked.

wait it out, sometimes babies " sleep" . I had an issue like that, I was in pain and my baby didn't move, up until I went to the doctor and he set down the heart thing and he kicked it off. how long has it been?
