I mean most women are dilated to like 1 or two centimeters at 34 weeks. I'm 29 weeks and dilated 1 centimeter and my doctor said its absolutely normal. also could be Braxton hicks

contractions do start early. And you can actually be dilated for weeks before you Give birth. @booberry2015

you can't feel the dialation. it's the contractions that you feel.
