5:40 am blood sugar was 60 let's see if it drops any lower or what happens by 8 am for Dr appointment today, I'm VERY shaky and am at hypoglycemic range but I have to fast so idk what to do.....

I'm tired of screwing this up and possibly harming my son worse than I feel like i am

but geeeez im hungry hopefully this time goes by :/
