I'm starting to feel unwanted and insecure. fiance has turned me down on sex for the past few days. and we dot have sex that often. like maybe every 2 weeks since I got pregnant. but usually when I initiate it he goes for it. now if I get him started he just wants me to give him head and not do anything else.

Sounds like he's just scared. Maybe he's worried he will hurt the baby. Just tell him that your nerves down there are extra sensitive down there and it feels even better...then throw a little challenge his way. See if that works.
