Can "flutters" feel like gas bubbles?

Feels like a butterfly softly tickling your or like butterfly kisses with your eyelashes against your skin....that's the best description I can give lol

Well @samapa87 I'm having twins so it may be different. But I could really tell the difference between gas and the flutters.
