Left & right breast ...I pumped the right breast after I fed baby Cruz ...I am beyond blessed & thankful to be producing so much but my GOODNESS it hurts to have full breast! 😣 I had no clue! Lol, can u imagine how it feels to have all this milk in ur breast 😕 I can't complain tho bc baby is fed 💁🏽

@theredheadchic Yeah after about 10 minutes they don't really squirt anymore just droos every so often but I'm just happy I have been able too this long my first child I didn't even produce this much and he was bigger and STARVING all the time so I supplemented with him and then gave up
Ooo I pump for longer than that but that's only bc I can physically see it squirting out a good bit & my breast still hurt..but at least u still get a good amount!!! @karnawest
my baby is 9 days old and she usually empties one almost fully and I pump for 15 on the other one and then about 5 on the one she nursed on

Probably about 20mins bc they still hurt after 15 mins & I try to get all the relief I can! @ngujen

Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
