My boyfriend has his medical card so he smokes all the time lately he's been trying to get me to smoke with him since i'm not pregnant nor breastfeeding anymore (before baby i smoked) apart of me wants to smoke with him and i feel like a horrible mother because of it.. Another part of doesn't want to do that around my baby ..will it hurt her? will she know ? 😫
How do you mommies and soon to be mommies feel about it ?

if you aren't pregnant anymore than wait until your baby goes to sleep and y'all go.out to a porch and if u wanna smoke then smoke and then when u get done wash your hands and change your shirt. I started smoking the day me and my son came home from the hospital and I only smoke outside my house while my son is sleeping there is no way of them knowing since they are babies
this is a touchy subject. you could wear cotton panties and be caked a bad mother. I suggest you research it and the effects and see what could possibly, worst case scenario happen n see if you're ok dealing with the consequences. I myself see a pregnant woman n I'm kinda skeptical however I've never been a smoker
weed doesnt affect pregnancy my son is healthy... he has a really open mind 😱 i only smoke in the beginning of my first pregnancy not in the end cause they check u at the hospital... i ddnt want them to take him away ... im not smoking during this one cause my bf doesnt let me he wants her to be calm... he doesnt want our daughter to be like our son xD all active n shit... :) hes a happy baby :)
but yeah i smoked alot after my son it ddnt affects him... just dont smoke near him...
me2. luckily alex is doing well and I was able to stop b4 shit got serious...but honestly I don't understand the big deal about pot what about heroin, meth, crack that's alot worse...no record of a baby dying from pot...and in the bathroom or by window but he's stopped because he felt bad because I couldnt...
My doctor didn't drug test me at all i was a heavy smoker before i found out i was prego.. A friend if mines doctor tested her she failed and cps came to the hospital to talk to her when baby was born just a heads up idk where u live and if things are the same. Does he smoke in the house around you? @mommy1990
I smoked b4 I knew I was pregnant...and we'll let's just say first 3 dr apt couldn't pass drug test and they threatened to call cps on me. I liked it cuz it helped me being sick and all but once I knew I was pregnant I stopped but my fiancé kept smoking hint why couldn't pass ..but honestly I would die to smoke right now in so much pain

u can smoke just not around the bby... it's ur choice 2 smoke or not cus I caint wait 2 have a glass of wine lol... but yea not around the bby go outside n smoke
I smoke daily (one bowl) and I have for years. In my case baby and I are healthy and it helps ease sickness and pains. As for when I bf, I'm not sure if I'll continues to smoke. Or even if I'll smoke throughout my whole pregnancy. I guess I'll cross that bridge when the time comes. I'd say in your case, maybe take a few hits when baby's sleeping and see how you feel? In no way would baby know, nor would you be a bad mother!!

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Yes I'm 21 weeks. I cut back drastically for a while while in the early developmental stages, and I saw it was doing no harm to us, and I started smoking every day again. I figured it was better to smoke and eat than to do neither. Also, I don't think the smell could harm baby, but it totally wouldn't get to change shirts and wash your hands before touching LO 😊
