what do you ladies think about taking a baby out in public? I am soon to give birth and my husband's aunt really wants to see little Caitlin and she really doesn't have long to live. she's got ms stage 4 and its hard for her to get around. I was thinking once she's born to go see her so she can see her niece and I can get pictures. what are your thoughs ladies?
I think it's fine, most babies are born in the hospital one of the places with the most germs.
yeah I hear it's fine as long as he or she is covered up and that you don't let strangers touch them and you use hand sanitizer all the time. I mean it's just to her aunts house it's a three hour drive but I really want her to see Caitlin before she gets to a point where she can't even hold her. this woman has done so much for me she's like a mom to me and for her not to see her before she goes to heaven would hurt me so bad
Especially to meet someone who is so far into cancer, I understand the sentiment of them seeing your child atleast once before they go
I took my son out a few days after he was born. it is totally fine. just remember to keep things sanitary around the baby (:
I wouldn't. Baby immune system is still fragile at that point. I would wait the recommended 6 weeks then head over for visits.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
yeah plus they go to doctors offices with loads of germs I just am ftm and I'm like cautious about everything
