I don't think I shared this with you ladies...but this was Sebastian when he was at the hospital...he wasn't even a month old yet & he got sick 😢
I guess from the little kid that lived with us back then...it was so crazy because we were very careful...clean & always washed our hands or sanitize...I barely brought him out the room..well anyways they believed I must have touched a surface the little kid touched & passed it to Sebastian...it was the stomach flu...but we didn't know that at the moment... I just remember on a Saturday Feb 28...not fully recovered from my c section......my little man wasn't the same...he wasn't active as much... just wanted to sleep & didnt finish his bottles.. he then had diarrhea & later fever....I got so scared ...ftm & by myself hubby was working a 13 hour shift...I knew something was wrong ..so I called a relative to see if she can drive us to the children's hospital...well we got there & they checked him, temp of 101.2 😢😢 I was devastated. they put him on IV & i hated to see my baby go thru that..they poked him & took blood all that..checked his urine..since fever mean an infection the doctors told me that they had to check him for meningitis...THAT was the worst... they take some liquid from ur spine...to check..the procedure is like getting an epidural I cried while I hugged my husband while they did that to him. We were there 4 days total waiting on the results & having Sebastian on the IV & Antibiotics 😭
Im thankful that my little man was ok..& it ended up being just that stomach virus & nothing worst 🙏but it was scary
