@preggie why isn't android allowing us to open the app via the shortcut?

@preggie_usa, when I tap the pregie shortcut on my main screen it dosnt open the program. I'm using an galaxy s6

@aphrodite2014, do you mean the icon? How are you able to get in?

@preggie_usa, yes the icon and I can get in because it's in my reciently used apps that are still running and I have a button to close all or open it up

@aphrodite2014, have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it? You will just enter your username and password after you reinstall. If you've forgotten your password, you can create a new one in your profile settings before you uninstall the app. You won't lose your data.
