Maybe try squatting sometimes too as you walk. Helped me when I was having contractions with my second. To where my water broke went to hospital when I was already 10cm dilated and my body was pushing him out on his own. Hope you have your little one today or at least by the weekend

I've read everywhere that it feels horrible and what not but the feeling of having your spine crushed is not even close to the accurate description of the pain.. I told my hubby I just want a c section now and lots of drugs LOL!!!!

girl I tried to walk when I had some and I just slumped over!!!

With my middle baby I didn't realize that I was in labor because I was induced with my oldest, but I was like that then they got to 3-4 mins apart and I was on the floor in pain couldn't talk or walk it was bad! I was only at 3cm at the dr that day and when I got to l&d I was 6 cm! Good luck to you!!
