So I'm up doing all kind of exercises to get this baby out,anyone who has done this,does it work? & how long did it take to work?

I just took a warm bubble bath then took a nap and bam full blown labor

whatever you like, just not too hot because the baby will be too hot! you can workout a bit, but don't over do it. I did and I went to go to bed after a muscle aching workout and that's when they started-- when I was almost asleep. being tired while in labor I'd the worst

@ashley530, I'll take a bath @chocohunnybees I've been relaxing like crazy but everyone is saying I'm being lazy that's why he's not coming and I guess I'll take a bath,should it be Luke warm or a really warm ?

It sounds silly, but you won't go into labor until you relax (:

don't go crazy on exercise , cause you don't want to be too tired when you go into labor. take a bath, get a massage, go get your hair cut (:

I took a bath and layed down took a nap and when I woke up I was bleeding then my contractions started coming. and dang girl u are a pro. I did everything to the point my muscles were so sore I had to flop to get on the toilet thank goodness it got better before labor.

I'm a pro at labor this is baby #5 I just never had a problem with them not wanting to come out geez lol. I would do the hill thing but I have a injured knee. the closest thing I could do to a hill is stairs. I'm contracting right now but they aren't close together. I tried the ball its not helping me😢😢@ashley530

I did squats while walking up a hill a day later I went into labor. the exercise ball helped if I was having contractions. but dnt over do it to the point ur sore bc u need all those muscles to push that baby out.
