I think it's definitely too much but only because there's a no see tutorial on Pinterest of how to make that exact headband! You could go buy a whole hard of fabric for less than $10 and make a crap ton of those headbands lol

yeah I wouldn't pay 10. that's pricey. maybe if it was a few of them then it would be more worth it. it's cute though

Also if you aren't down to make them yourself, try looking on cheap Chinese websites or Amazon. It'll be way cheaper!
